Uitslag 6de thermografische meting

Patient: Mevr Paulien Kegge

Referring
Practitioner:
Self-referred

Scan Date: 11/30/2015

Report Type: Breast

Thermographer: Birgitte Brouwer

Reported By: Matt Sullivan MD

All normal protocols were observed

HISTORY AND SUBJECTIVE COMPLAINTS:

Mrs. Kegge comes in for her half yearly check to monitor changes

THERMOGRAPHIC INTERPRETATION:

Some change is seen in 6- month follow-up study. Both breasts are noted to be cooler
overall compared to 5-21-2015 as well as the previous archived studies. No specific
intensity is evident at the lower inner left breast adjacent to the areola and as such
there is no indication as to current neovascularity with regards to the diagnosed
malignancy.

Thermal patterns and temperature differentials involving the right breast have remained
stable.

This study is suitable for archiving. A repeat study is recommended in 6 additional months
or 3 months following any upcoming treatment intervention.

DISCUSSION:

The thermal findings in both breasts should be considered stable. There is no worrisome
finding from a thermal perspective with regards to the diagnosed cancer but current conventional assessment is encouraged.

FOLLOW-UP:

Suggest follow up thermographic breast imaging as outlined above.

(T BI-RADS)

Left Breast: Confirmed Malignant, Right breast: at low risk
